Back on Bruny we went with Halsey to check out some surf spots and drive around. One spot was a bit wet and muddy. When we got back to the Car Halsey suggested checking for leeches. I kinda Blew off the comment. Its wasn't till almost an hour later when Evie noticed I had a dark spot on my ear. The napkin picture doesn't do the amount of blood justice. I guess they inject a anti-coagulant so the blood really does flow. it was....uh.....gross. Bellow is a video clip from when we were in Huon Valley and Paul the owner was telling us about a leech we spotted on the ground.
